When
Tryouts will be held on Sunday August 25th, Monday August 26th, and Wednesday August 28th.
Times are listed on Boys and Girls Tryout Flyers linked on the CBC Main Page.
For Example: Season begins with tryouts in August. Practices will begin in October (specific date yet TBD) and seasons traditionally end in March (but also varies by each team).
Where
Tryouts will take place at Cedarburg High School - utilizing both the Field House and the Vintage Gym. Specific location of each grade's tryout will be communicated as the Tryout Dates draw nearer.
In-season practices will take place at Cedarburg schools including CHS, Webster Middle School, Parkview Elementary and Thorson Elementary.
Ages
Athletes entering 3rd-8th grades for the 2024-2025 school year that live in Cedarburg or attend a Cedarburg school.
Making the Team
After Tryouts have been completed, offer letters will be emailed out to athletes who have made a CBC team. In this email will be a link to accept the CBC offer as well as complete club registration and pay annual dues. This must be completed prior to the athlete participating in any CBC practice or game.
Practices
All teams should expect to practice twice per week (Mondays-Thursdays) throughout the regular season.
Games
FOR CBC BOYS:
CBC Teams participate in WYBL League play which occurs on either Saturday OR Sunday of most weekends from November - March with League Tournament taking place in March to complete the League season. Teams will also play in 3-5 Tournaments as chosen and scheduled by the Coaches.
FOR CBC GIRLS:
CBC Teams participate in league play during November and December held at The Facility in Mequon, WI. Teams will also play in 3-5 Tournaments as chosen and scheduled by the Coaches during January, February and March throughout SE Wisconsin.
TEAM FEES
Tryouts for all grade levels is Free!
Upon receiving an offer email from the CBC, team fees need to be paid along with the athlete's formal acceptance. Pricing for the '24-'25 season are as follows:
3rd Grade: $250/season
4th Grade: $325/season
5th-7th Grades: $400/season
8th Grade: $425/season
*There are payment plans available for families that choose not to pay the entire fee up front. These will be laid out upon formal registration and acceptance of an offered team spot.
*Discounted pricing is available for families with multiple athletes offered spots on CBC teams. These details will be provided at the time of formal offer emails.
Jerseys
Uniform tops and shorts are required. Shooting shirts, socks, and backpacks are all optional however ALL ITEMS are additional costs not included in annual team fees.

Extra Costs
Depending on the tournament schedule chosen by the individual coaches, some tournaments are multi-day events for which teams elect to stay overnight in hotels. All of these costs are extra and fall upon the athlete's family to cover.
